emails deleting

We have been having emails being deleted by Optigold when accounts have
been either placed on hold or released from hold. I have checked the
scripts and they are fine. This only happens occasionally, if it was a
script problem, it would happen all of time. So I have 2 questions:

1) In the account setup, we have the days to be cancelled set to
80. However, we are not currently using auto-tasks. It is possible these
accounts were over 80 days due when it happed. Could Optigold be
triggering the delete script?
2) Is there a way to log the server commands and who triggered
them? I thought there was a text file that logged the commands, but I
can not find it.

Any suggestions?
