Company Email Manager tells me there are no records.From: Kyle Sorensen Date: Wednesday, August 25, 2004
Time: 1:14:39 pmI am running OG using Filemaker Server 5 in a Windows 2000 Domain
environment. We have recently decided to use Company Email Manager to handle
corporate email, but when I go to select the type of email I would like to
preview Filemaker gives an error that reads "No records are present. To
create a new record, choose the New Record menu command". I am also noticing
a few other anomalies IE: When I go to open OG from the "Open Remote"
command, My database server only shows that the "Main Menu" file is
available. It seems to work but recently we built a new database server and
I notice that the old server would show that the "Open" file was also
available. We do have our OG database in a pretty secure directory that only
Administrator and Domain Admins have access to, but we have the filemaker
server service log in as administrator to jump the security hurdle.
If anyone has an idea of the problem any help would be greatly appreciated.
