For the item worth a credit of -$5.00, in the Billing cycle item detail their is a field called "item expires on". Input date in which you want it to drop off of the account. On that date it then should drop off of the customers account increasing their payments back to the $14.95. Worth noting that it will not drop off until that date has arrived and you "Generate Invoices" from main menu.
