Craig,
Create a billing cycle item worth $14.95 and another item worth a credit of
-$5.00. For the item worth a credit of -$5.00, in the Billing cycle item
detail their is a field called "item expires on". Input date in which you
want it to drop off of the account. On that date it then should drop off of
the customers account increasing their payments back to the $14.95.
Worth noting that it will not drop off until that date has arrived and you
"Generate Invoices" from main menu.
Hope that helps,
Colin Rees

I am trying to setup a promotion package billed monthly to include:
Month 1, 2, 3, dialup service at a discount rate of $9.95 per month
Month 4 and after dialup service at a rate of $14.95 per month
Anyone know how to set this promotion up?
