We have just started using Optigold after having used Rodopi for several
years. Thanks for your help - here is another question you may be able to
help me with.

We imported several hundred clients into Optigold. We have the correct
Establish Date and the Correct Expire Date. How does Optigold know when to
sent information to radius to tell it when a client is not current. Do we
have to put a date entry in hold date? or is it finding it from unpaid
invoices?

I did try a Customer on Hold and it put clients who were already 1 month
behind on hold as of todays date rather than the date that they should have?
What am I doing wrong. or is this right. In Rodopi it was all automatic.
No pay no play!
