No, the same is definitely not true of QuickDNS Pro 2.2.4. I forget
where the exact limit is, but after 500 or 1000 or so records, Admin
starts having cosmetic defects - for example, if you delete a record
beyond this point in the domain, another record will appear to have
been deleted, though in fact the correct record is deleted from the
file.

And as for the number of zones, the most we ever heard of on classic
Mac OS is about 8000. The operating system causes some real
performance problems when you get over about 1000, though.

The numbers I quoted before were for QuickDNS 4.6.1.
