It's not QuickDNS, since QuickDNS doesn't affect how the name server
operates, but here it is for completeness.
To remove QuickDNS 4.6.1 and revert to the stock Apple configuration,
execute the following shell commands:
sudo -s
/Library/StartupItems/QuickDNS/QuickDNS stop
rm -r /Library/*/QuickDNS* /usr/sbin/qdns*
rm -r /var/qdns /var/named /etc/named.conf
mv /etc/named.conf.bak /etc/named.conf
mv /var/named.bak /var/named
exit
To launch named using the newly-restored stock Apple configuration files:
sudo named
