No. Try these shell commands on the server:

cd /var/named/conf/zoneopt
perl -pi -e 's {24.123.106.86} {65.16.46.93}' *

By the way: QuickDNS 4.6.1 is a free update from 4.5, and it fixes
some significant issues. It also adds the Search Assistant, which is
much more flexible and fast than the old "Find & Replace..."
AppleScripts.
