Logging, options

Curious about a few things here, making edits in QDNS admin to any of the
logging options spews all sorts of errors to my logs, it gives me the line
numbers, which is nice. So I go remove those lines from the logging file,
perfect, only then all my logging options are removed, the second I add them
back in via QDNS admin, the errors come back. How do you deal with this? I
know it is cosmetic, but it just bothers me to get this junk in my logs all
the time.

I also want to add in some custom options to the /var/named/conf/options
file, but as soon as I make any edits to that file, they are wiped out by
QDNS admin. I understand that the file explicitly tells me to not edit it,
so there must be a more appropriate place to stick my custom options. Any
advice?
