The problem reported (widely) is that lookups take far too long on
the first try. Basically, you put a previously-unvisited website into
a web browser, hit return, wait for it to time out (15 seconds or
less), try again, and it (typically) works. Sometimes you have to try
three or four times.

If you're not having that problem, then don't worry about solving it.
