Of the two servers listed in the delegation records for iscweb.com,
only one is listed in the authority records. Both servers appear to
be in good working order, though both are running BIND 9.2.3.

I thought I sent you a compiled version of BIND 9.3.0. With that
version, you can disable IPv6 at runtime with the "-4" option. You
reported good results with that version on a test server; did you not
deploy it to your production servers?

I'll make a version with IPv6 disabled at compile time, in case you need it.
