Help, can not admin my DNS!

I ran this and it said that It could not find the reload command, now I am
in trouble.

I tried to connect to the QDNS server and it told me there were too many
connections, so I rebooted the machine, now the admin app tells me "unable
to connect to the server ns1.hostwizard.com"

I don't even know if it is running now, what do I do?

Restarting QuickDNS Remote
Restarting QuickDNS Central
QuickDNS Central is not running <--- PROBLEM
Restarting named

Nothing I do can start it

/usr/sbin/qdnsremoted -debug -ll5
