Search Again: QuickDNS Running on OS X Server From: Rick Hedges Date: Monday, January 10, 2005 Time: 8:34:10 am I have OS X Server running with web and file services on. I have installed QuickDNS 4.6.1.1 and have had problems getting it to run. I have reviewed much of the correspondence in the archives and the latest information on terminal commands to check if it is running. Initially it appeared that bind was not running but now I have that working and the services seem to be working. However in Manager server information I only get 'Up Since' N/A, 'Requests' N/A, etc. It does show Bind9, the correct IP number, protocol v. 4.8 and Darwin 7.7.0. The log does indicate queries but no replies. How can I fix this? Rick Sent using the Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac Test Drive.
