They need to be represented in /var/named/conf/zones, and they need to have zone options files in /var/named/conf/zoneopt. The zone files in hosts/slaves show that the zones existed before, but they've been removed now. You'll need to recreate these zones. The simplest way is to use QuickDNS Manager. If you don't want to create them manually, you could use AppleScript.
