The "official" Optigold ISP forum has moved:
http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=29
----------------------------------------------------

Optigold ISP is not an actual application, it is a database solution
built in Filemaker Pro. In order to use Optigold, you must have some
version of Filemaker installed, maybe a runtime engine installed by the
Optigold installer in single user mode.

Anyway, the correct folder you are looking for is the "FileMaker Java
Extensions" folder in the Filemaker directory. The file name is "SMTP
Mail Log.txt"

This should give you some indication of what has been happening:

Help! I asked a question... No answer!!!

Wireless Invoice# 040102-0004

I mention this file because I assume you have mail setup to go out via
SMTP, but you may have your setup different (like to use your mail
application instead -- My Stuff->Preferences). Give us an idea about
your configuration so we don't shoot in the dark.

Regards;
Jeff
