Search Again: Auto Task and billing From: LeighK Date: Saturday, May 29, 1999 Time: 11:48:00 am Hey all, We got the PC Authorize Hub demo, and it works great with Optigold, except, for some reason, the auto task configured for automatically billing customers isn't running for some odd reason (yeah, I know PC AUth Hub demo doesn't actually auth, we're using this to test out the system at the moment). I know the Auto Tasks are running for sure because invoices and index rebuilds occur when they're supposed to, and I know that I have the number of days set correctly in the Account Prefs because I can click on "Bill Debit/CC Customers" at the main menu and have it come up with the accounts that are due to be billed, and it works fine if I bill those people through that method (ie, it talks to PC Auth Hub fine, and gets the proper auth codes back to credit people's accounts fine). Basically, is there just some sort of obscure (or not so obscure) option that I'm missing to enable that (the checkbox is checked for it in Auto Tasks)?
