Time: 11:49:39 pmHi Shawn,
As I have been inputting our clients, I did notice some things that might make
it a little more helpful.
1) On the screen in which you can edit the RECEIPT, maybe it would be possible
to add the variable <Expiration Date> The one used for the expiration date of
the account. It is nice to send a receipt referring to a period of time it will
cover. The payment date (which you can include) only tells the date the charges
where made, or when the check was received. It would be nice if the receipt did
show when the account is covered till.
2) When you are bringing up an account from the PENDING ACCOUNTS menu, it would
be nice if there was a button to view the open invoices.
3) From the MAIN SCREEN if you click Received Payments (the piggy bank) it will
take you to a screen that you can enter the payment. It would be cool if the
LOGIN field was a drop down box, filled with all the user logins. And once you
selected it, the values for "Amount Paid" defaulted to the amount owed.
Also, if the customer had a credit card on file it would (by default) enter that
info into the "Received Receipts" screen.
4) Now this one might already be possible but I'm not sure..... When you
POST QUEUED PAYMENTS, you can select to have a receipt automatically emailed to
the customer.
That's it for now.
