Employee Time tracking

Is there a way for an employee to keep different hours? Kinda of vague,
I will explain.

We have a guy that does both web design for us and tech support. When
he is working on web stuff, he gets a different pay rate. Is there a
way to do this with the clock in and clock out?

If not, can something like that be added?

If not, I guess I will just create two employee accounts for him :).
