We have remote tech support people who work from either their houses
using Cable modems or ISDN or from their college dorm using a T1
connection. In all cases ISDN being the slowest - it has worked quite
well.
I believe the success in part comes from Shawn's programming because of
the many .USR files [if that is the correct term].
We have thought about doing outsourced Tech Support. ....and in
investigating this further the outsourcing company said that we could
give them access to Optigold as well - especially since I can control
access privledges.
Hope this helps.
