Okay Shawn... I'm sure you're sick of hearing about this by now but I am
totally lost.

I feel really stupid, but I can't find what you're talking about anywhere in
OptiGold or FileMaker. All I can find is the 'Web Interface Setup' button
under 'Maintenance & Preferences', or 'Web Companion' under 'Edit' and
'Preferences'. In either box, there is nothing that refers to sharing at
all.

I have enabled the Web Interface, and it is in fact working great (I can get
there and log in and look at my statement & all that good stuff).

Can you imagine you're talking to a 5 year old and tell me step-by-step how
to get to where you are talking about?

No, it's the web interface screen (not the setup screen). If you don't
run the web interface, you will never see that screen.
