I don't know if this will help at all, but we have Optigold
telnet to an NT box running Ataman's telnet server. Everything
worked fine until we upgraded to the latest telscript.exe. After
we upgraded, the telnet sessions would take forever and wouldn't
work. I finally figured out that with the new telscript the
Ataman server was asking for the 'terminal type'. My script
wasn't setup for that and so everything just hung (until it timed
out). I configured the Ataman server to always expect an ANSI
terminal and all was solved.

A long shot....
