FM ServerFrom: Lanham Rattan Date: Wednesday, June 9, 1999
Time: 11:30:25 amI have installed the trial version of FM Server. I put the Optigold
installation under FMSERVER\, I went to DOS and executed fmserver.exe open
d:\fmserver\optigold\*.usr (does this have to be done once or everytime the
machine is restarted and should the FMSERVER service be disabled?)
I can no longer see the Optigold files from my workstation.
I also assume that Filemaker Pro Server V3 has the same limitations as
described in the manuel when comparing V3 and V4 (non-server edidtions). If
this is the case, is there a Server v4?
Thanks,
Lanham
