Time: 12:33:54 amI'm having a problem with the Multiple User Option.
I am running Filemaker Pro 4.0 (not server) on the main NT Workstation
and I also installed the runtime files on the clients.
I do have all file the files opened on the main NT machine before I even
try to
access optigold from the clients. It says that at Main file cannot be
found and
I remember reading that I am supposed to select the NETWORK file within the
/optigold directory on my local drive. Right?
Then the PREFERENCES pop up so I click OK.
It then brings up the login screen, but no buttons, or text or anything...
Just
the box that the login screen is supposed to be in. then it just stops
there and
does nothing else. I program doesn't freeze or anything, because I can
close it.
I know our network is hooked up properly, for we were using Access97 as an
experimental order entry program and were able to share the database over the
network at the same time.
