It's cheaper >than buying an envelope+label. :-) I agree. Since switching to windowed envelopes our snail mail billing side has become quite efficient. It took a few adjustments to tweak the output to match a standard #9 envelope, but once we set it up, we've been doing great since. A little hint...we added our return address into the logo image that is kept in the preferences, and set the spacing so that the image overlays the regular text return address. When the invoice, receipt, etc. is printed, it has our logo and return address at the top and our clients at the bottom (we use double windowed envelopes to make it even easier).
