I don't know where your coming from with this statement that VB programmers don't know squat about real database development, most programmers have BEEN programmers for 15 years or more and have had plenty of exposure in the growth of many languages, platforms, realtime database and distributed systems technologies while you were still in a training bra! Ah, but then your just a girl, so that explains this irrational outburst.

BTW it's spelled "Poll" Ms. VP. Ummm are you related to Quayle? Seems that VP's have a problem with "Spealing" ;)
