A couple of requests...

First let me say that you've done a wonderful job with Optigold ISP, and I
think it will benefit our ISP division with out have to spend the time
developing a solution ourselves. However, after having dabbled in Optigold
ISP for the past few days, I've come across a few areas which might benefit
from a revision or two.
- When transferring a contact to customer, the call activity log doesn't
transfer with it. Is that by design? It would be nice to have that at a
glance. If fact, could you just use the related date in the Contact file? I
would prefer for the contact db to be updated as well. Otherwise the old
contact stays in Contacts and is not current.
- We'd like to format our letters, and find no way to do that. Is it
possible to include (show) the Text Ruler when going to the letters layout?
Pretty simple solution.
- Clicking on "Group of X" button finds all records in that group.
However, it would be convenient to show a list view of the found records for
quick browsing, then click on the record in that group that you wish to see.
Sorry if all this is possible and I've missed it in the docs.
