Kitt-
This may not solve your problem totally, but...... we set our preferences
so that OG will not suspend an account with a balance of less than $6. With us
it is an issue of a $5.40 reconnect fee. The $6 gives a little leeway and most
people do end up paying it off a month or so down the line.
