Wouldn't that be more the exception than the rule where if someone pays in
full?

My problem is that when I charge a bunch of credit cards and some of those
credit cards are for accounts that are on hold, they are not taken off hold
automatically. I would need to go through each account to see if they are
on hold and then check the release hold now, which defeats the purpose in
automating credit card charges.

Speaking of which, what does the release hold now button do? Does it just
take them off hold in optigold or does it also Restore the account through
the auto server setup as well?

And do I need to have it checked before I charge the credit cards? The
explanation in the manual is kinda vague.
