Another (probably stupid) problem.
I just noticed that the setup fee was not charged to the customer.
I have a billing cycle item: HOST-1 as the monthly hosting item, and a one
time item: HOST-1-S as the setup fee for the above. In the last field of
HOST-1-S it has HOST-1 (which is how I understood one ties a setup fee to
a service.
But.... No charges.
Anybody has any ideas?
