Two suggestions/improvements.

In the employee info preferences, have the employees password shown as
astericks when you're not editing. It's inconvenient when I need to change
something for an employee and they're standing over my shoulder as
OptiGold pulls up the admin account first revealing the admin password.
In the invoice window, if the user has an invoice type selected, show that
somewhere so that when you click "Send/Print Now" you can tell which
button you should click (and consequently the type of invoice that
customer gets). Even better would be have
that dialog box's default button be the type of invoice that customer is
supposed to receive.
