I don't see why it would require that, from what is available now, there
seems to be plenty of room. If you had too, my vote would be to take off
the users name and address and put in the ISPs name and address. All
really need from the user is the account name, login, or whatever and
balance due, inv #. Everything else is helpful but not needed I think.

You would also want every page to have a return stub at the bottom. If
someon has a long invoice, you don't want the return stub to show up in the
middle of the second page.
