Currently, the finance charge screen lists ALL accounts with a balance due.

I only want to see accounts with a balance greater than $10.00 and balance
due is more than 10 days old.
This a.m. I set assessment date with today's date (8/4/99) and I got a list
including accounts that had expiration date of 8/1/99 and were invoiced
8/2/99.
Am I using assessment date incorrectly??????
