I am having a problem with the planner. There are only three of us in
this family owned ISP. We are the only ones doing the scheduling, and are
the same people doing the actual appiontments. With that said this
situation arises.
Laura: Takes call and schedules appiontment.
Henry: Takes appointment and goes to mark the public record as completed
OptiGold: Denies Henry since Laura was the creator of the appointment.
Can (or how can) we have it so that any (preselect person or not) has the
ability to delete any planner appointments.
Secondly: One of MY PC workstations running FM pro 4.x with the optigold
fonts installed, does not show the non-completed planners items in bold.
Just plain text. While another PC and a Mac show them just fine? Any
suggestions on either problem would be appreciated
