There really isn't a whole lot that Optigold doesn't do. (seriously)

If you are able to find anything that Optigold doesn't do, it's just a simple matter of putting in a request. Requests are filled daily (really).

 "I found a lot of features that I certainly use, such as the project planner, the messenger, the to-do list, the contact manager, customer call-backs, the survey, asset management, vendors stuff, and of course the billing. I can use the tech support manager for the questions from our hosting customers we get occasionally, and for fixing glitches in the web sites we build that people report. The time tracking feature is also useful -- I could have Optigold running in the background even when I work on other work-related things and track how much time I've worked each day.

Project Management
Project management becomes a snap with Optigold ISP. Team members can log their hours to projects they are assigned to. Optigold can then automatically handle the billing for the project as needed. Projects can be anything such as web development or programming services.

Contact Manager
The built-in contact manager to Optigold allows employees to have private and public contacts on a per employee basis. Optigold can remind employees if they need to be called back after a certain amount of time if desired.

A pre-sale quote system is built-in that allows you to put together quotes, which can be printed or emailed to potential customers. You have the option to activate a quote and turn that contact into a live customer with the click of a button.

Message Center
You can send messages to other employees directly through Optigold ISP via the message center.

Managers can also assign to-dos to employees that will automatically notify the manager when the task has been completed by the assigned employee.

Blacklisting
Ever have one of those customers that you just flat out never want to do business with again? Well, with Optigold it's just a matter of clicking the 'Blacklisted' button for that customer. That will prevent them from signing up for service again (even if it's under another account).

Employee Security
Optigold uses an advanced employee security system that allows you to customize security down to individual buttons and fields on a per employee (or per group of employees) basis. You can even assign employees to multiple groups.

 Broadband Tracking
Whether you are a DSL, dedicated circuit, wireless, cable modem or satellite provider, Optigold ISP gives you the ability to manage and provision your circuits easily.

For DSL providers, Optigold can automatically handle the VCI, VPI, DLC and IP address assignments. It can even email you when it's getting low on available numbers.

Asset Management
Company assets can be tracked with Optigold, including cost, location, employee that has it checked out, serial numbers, even pictures of the asset itself.

Vendors
You can track vendors with Optigold ISP with its handy built-in balance sheet. Each vendor can have rolling balances so you can quickly see how much you owe each vendor.

Slave/Sub Accounts
Optigold has full support for slave and sub accounts to allow a single customer to pay for bills spanning multiple accounts.

Dialup Numbers
Optigold can mange and track your dialup numbers and POP locations.

Labels/Envelopes
Yes, of course it does things you would expect it to do, such as labels and envelopes.
