Multiple Protocols
Optigold ISP can control and provision your servers through a wide array of different protocols. Communication with your servers can happen over SQL/ODBC, JDBC, LDAP, telnet, FTP, RSH, SSH, HTTP (GET or POST), XML, SMTP/Email or a direct command line. You can even have Optigold ISP dial a phone number as a server event (maybe you running a paging service and you want to page your customer when they go past due).

What that means is that virtually anything you can do as an administrator, Optigold ISP can do for you.

Triggers
You can define what triggers you want to use (for creating accounts, deleting, placing on hold, changing password, provisioning domains, emails, aliases, etc.) You can even define non-specific generic actions for whatever special functions you can think of.

You have the ability to make your server events triggers global or you can make them specific to individual products/services you sell, which gives you the ultimate flexibility to provision anything completely based on what the customer specifically purchased.

Server events can call an infinite number of actions per trigger, across all supported protocols. Server actions can also be specific to a virtual ISP for multi-ISP setups.

HTTP Actions
Any server provisioning you have the ability to do via a web page, Optigold can utilize. Includes full support for password protected realms.

NT User Manager
Control your NT user manager (if you have services that authenticate off them) with Optigold ISP.

Of course, you can also create UNIX users as needed.

RADIUS File
If you would rather regenerate a RADIUS file at set intervals and FTP it to your RADIUS server, Optigold can do that as well. You can completely customize the format of the generated RADIUS file.

FTP Actions
With FTP actions you can do neat things like dynamically generate DNS zone files and FTP them to your DNS server. Optigold can also delete them as needed.

Macintosh Servers
Direct hooks into specific Macintosh server packages are built into Optigold.

Hooks directly into EIMS, SIMS, QuickDNS Pro, Rumpus FTP, MacRADIUS, WebTen and LetterRIP Pro.

You can even write your own custom free-form AppleScripts that you can pass Optigold variables into.
