Hardware Reliability And Speed
Every single FileMaker hosting database server is running RAID 1 (mirroring for data redundancy) for all hard drives. Servers are automatically monitored proactively every 5 minutes for any potential problems. Since we started the service in 1999, we have never had an unscheduled reboot or crash of any server. Reboots have only been due to operating system updates so far. You can check the average time between scheduled reboots by clicking here.

Backups
Your FileMaker hosting data is safe on our servers, in addition to mirrored hard drives, backups are also performed nightly (a new backup is created every night, which does not overwrite the previous one, so we could roll back to last Monday's backup if you wish). Encrypted off-site backups are also automatically performed weekly.

Web Interface
The web interface gives you the ability to fully control your FileMaker hosting databases. You can load, unload, backup, upload, delete, etc. your database files all through an easy to use web interface.

Network Reliability And Speed
Our FileMaker hosting database servers have massive amounts of unused bandwidth. Most providers say they have redundancy with multiple tier-1 providers, but we actually do. With fail-over routing done via BGP.

Low-Load Servers
All servers run at a 10% or less average system load. If a server ever spikes above 50% for even a minute, it is split into two different servers.
