    We have 5 workstations and on one of the workstations it takes 10-15 seconds to open each file on startup. Once loaded Optigold performs fine....

    We have same proble with HL-1440. I just downloaded the generic PCL4 drivers from Brother and it fixed my problem. You might try that.
