    If I had 1 billion I would invest it in oil here. Buy some wells that are earning quite a bit. Pay off my bills and watch the money rack in even more.

    Yes, they do. I have blogs which all have Adsense on it. As long as you have a custom domain name (.com, etc) they will allow it!
