Arema Connect

My name is Silvia and I am the marketing Coordinator of Arema Connect.

Arema Connect is a contact centre specialising in call answering, email handling, live chat support and social media support.

Our Contact Centre is helping e-business and e-shops to answer customer enquiries. So, I want to learn as much as we can of the sector in order to provide the best solutions possible to potential clients. I will be sharing my lessons learned too so it may be useful for other people.
