There is reason dude why you get banned. You yourself is 100% sure that you didn't do anything on your ads but other people can do that for you.
Once you are banned in adsense, you can't regain you account back anymore or register for another one.
It against their TOS dude. I wish google won't detect that.

You are so lucky of Google will reply your email. Most of the disable adsense account got no reply form adsense team once they got banned.
