    Yeah .. I use torrent a lot to download podcasts.. It's slower than normal downloads, but it saves the creator of the podcast some bandwidth....

    Suggestions needed for my PC

    Vista is really heavy on graphics. I would follow jkrish41 suggestion, and maybe add more RAM if possible .. I think that will help. Good luck.
