    Certian IPs are registered to the CIA. If you find edits on wikipedia that have come from these IPs (and wikipedia knows the IPs edits come from)...

    Wikipedia credits the author through the history page. Meating the terms of the GFDL without linking to wikipedia is doable but a lot of work.
