Why is the client seeking a refund? What is a BLOG for this question? A BLOG you write, host, or maintain? Could it be advertising you placed for the client that ran on a BLOG? I am no attorney but am obviously over-qualified. I am not interested in any domain and I feel any domain not used in bona fide commerce will be worth less than nothing after my current lawsuit.
