How to find and use the best keyword phrases to increase traffic, conversions, and popularity?

Hi I am a link builder. I came across a site where there exists a link of mine. But while checking in http://linkcounter.submitexpress.com/index.php I cannot find my link there, though the link is still live. Can anyone help with the reason behind it.
