RecLabs

The Overstock.com RecLab Prize, a joint project of Overstock.com and RichRelevance, is an endeavor to encourage innovation in retail personalization. It kicked off in May 2011 and has since then attracted the efforts of over 100 teams and individuals from top research institutions around the world: MIT, Stanford, Georgia Tech, Shanghai University, the Indian Statistical Institute, University College of London, Oxford University... Of course the list doesn't stop there and continues to grow. The RecLab Prize is continuing to accept submissions until March 1, 2012.
