u have to format it as neershar told u ine the previous reply , or if that doesn;t work m u have to flush it , with a NOkia Flush Box , u have to go to a Phone store

that will fix it ISA

pressing green call button, 3 and * buttons simultaneously and restarting the phone will solve your problem. keep holding them till nokia welcome tone is heard.
