Nice site. Having images as ads are really not helpful. I wld suggest go in for a skyscraper instead of the image placed on the right....

Nice. Experiment with the various ad options. Try adding a leaderboard on the top, add a channel and see if it improves your click rate.
The leaderboard is nicely blended with the header. The colors are good. Keep good content and you will attract more traffic. Thanks

Overall content is good. However the popup advertise links may annoy users. You may consider removing it.
