    ya if you have the sql files.. just do this: connect to the server via shell... type mysql -u USERNAME -p DATABASENAME < dumpfile.sql...

    I think he is copying to the same server? in which case, I would use a cp -Rfp: cp -Rfp /home/USERNAME/public_html/FOLDER...
