User is a scammer. Paid for services, responded for awhile until pay pal resolution period expired then he never responded again. I am still hoping he responds, but if he did, this message wouldn't be here. I'll be sure to remove this message if he decides to render his service, otherwise BUYER BEWARE; fraud, scamming, and theft.
