75 clicks is no indicator that you can tell if the product sells or not, make at least 300-400 hops and you can see if the product will convert....
I would rather go with products that have 20-30 gravity where the there isn't big competition but the product actually sells.
I did try it as well and conversion rates suck on this product with PPC.
That is completely legal if you don't like it change the product.
Nothing that will break the TOS of clickbank here, I would rather contact the vendor directly or simply go for another product!
