Of Course, just a stupid member want to deceive people by selling expired domains while anyone can register them from any registrar. Take Care of him and don't deal with that bad member. This will Go to forever if you wouldn't like to stop it.
Red Flag, he is putting for an auction domains that are expiring within a few days :D for money. while anyone can register them without paying him any cent,, they have no advantage of PR or so. take care lol
